The Supply Chain Security Electronic Client Survey allows us to initiate communication with your Business Partners, manage the Client Survey process and collect the results.
Our Client Survey consists of 37 questions that can be answered yes or no with the click of a button plus two essay questions all of which are designed to be quickly and easily answered by your business partners while still providing the essential security information you will need to meet CBP certification criteria.

C-TPAT Client Survey Procedure - e-mail
SCS works with your company to send an email to your Business Partners instructing them to the SCS Website and a link to your exclusive questionnaire.
Survey Questionnaire consists of 4 sections to be completed by the Business Partner
- Section 1 - Business Partner Information
- Section 2 - Business Partner Company Information
- Section 3 - Business Partner C-TPAT Information
- Section 4 - Business Partner Questions & Responses
C-TPAT Client Survey Procedure - Response
The survey is made avaiable to your business partners over a pre-determined time frame, usually three to six months. Your Business Partners are instructed to answer the questions online and submit the survey data.
C-TPAT Client Survey Procedure - Tabulation
SCS compiles the responses and provides you with several updates over the pre-determined time frame. SCS will tabulate the results and provide a hardcopy of the survey that can be presented to CBP during the Validation process.
